Hi - I’m Dominika, the founder of NeuroEdge.
I’ve worked with global organisations that invest heavily in L&D, yet still struggle with burnout, disengagement and turnover. This is why I created NeuroEdge - to design learning and performance strategies that reflect the real cognitive demands and limits people face at work today.
I’m a neuroscientist with over a decade of experience working in business and organisational settings, specialising in executive functions, stress regulation and cognitive diversity - and their impact on performance at work.
